Heather, a student of Tusculum College, adopted Cowboy on April 11th, 2010, and is taking him back home to Chicago, in May when school is out. They really clicked when she came out to volunteer and she just couldn’t resist those baby blue eyes of his. Good luck Heather & Cowboy, on your new adventures in life together!
