Leslie came to MAHR looking for that special horse. One that she could ride with confidence on and know she’d be well taken care of…..and Sky fit that very description. After coming a few times and riding Sky in the round pen and on the trails, she said he’s the perfect one!
On July 24th, 2010, Leslie adopted Sky and took him to his forever home!

“Sky is happy & spoiled,haha. He has budded up with my mini horse,Goldie. They are so cute. In fact, one day my mom threw out some waltermellon rins. Goldie is always pushed out,but not this time. Cookie walks up & the donkeys leave. Goldie got all she wanted as Cookie looked on. If Goldie gets out of his sight, he calls for her. Sometimes she hides behind him. I’m glad I found him.”
