you should be able to go online and google “barefoot trimmer mustang roll and your city & state” that should at least get you on the right path.

There is absolutely no reason for this abuse. And what kind of an idiot thinks that it is okay to round horses up with a helicopter good grief. If they are so smart let them learn to string the horses and bring them in a humane way or not all. The people who did this should be held accountable for criminal behavior
